Re:Imagine Personalised Medicine & Tailored Programs for a Sustainable Practice

For many practitioners, the challenge isn’t knowing what good care looks like — it’s delivering it consistently in a way that also sustains the practice.

Sooner or later, every practitioner faces the same tension: how to provide better patient care without burning out.

The theme of Re:Formulate 2026 - Re:Imagine Personalised Medicine & Tailored Programs for a Sustainable Practice — is about resolving that tension. It’s about building systems of care that safeguard clinical quality while creating sustainable models for practitioners.

Re:Formulate 2026 attendees will embark on a connected learning journey across seven main stage sessions, each one a chapter in the bigger story: delivering deeply individualised care at scale without compromising outcomes or your own longevity in practice.

“I feel like this will be a very different type of conference. It won’t be so focused on research or theory, but more on real-world and practical solutions to grow your practice with confidence.

I love that it has sessions focused on the topics that we as practitioners are often not taught at college.”

Roberta Barbiellini, BioPractica

“The focus of the conference is so unique and so needed. I see many practitioners struggling with scaling their business, patient retention and burnout. The topics covered at Re:Formulate will give everyone who attends practical take home strategies - I love that.”

Jenna Smith, Bioclinic Naturals

“vital.ly has done a great job putting together a program that I believe practitioners of all types and stages of practice will find thought-provoking and inspiring.”

Phil Bradley, BioMedica

“Re:Formulate addresses some key issues in our profession, and promises to provide longevity to our practitioner careers and add more value to our patients’ health outcomes.”

Toni Chambers, Orthoplex

Why Attend Re:Formulate 2026

Re:Formulate 2026 is the only conference to bring all natural and integrative health practitioners together.

For the first time, four professional associations, three leading universities, and more than thirty brands practitioners trust will unite with one purpose - to connect every discipline and modality together to strengthen our profession.

Learn how to create a sustainable model of care
Learn how thriving clinics achieve long-term success. Each session breaks down the systems, patient pathways and business models that make personalised care scalable and sustainable - for both you and your patients.
Build a cross-discipline referral network
Extend your reach without diminishing your role. A shared-care model, supported by a trusted multidisciplinary network, can position you as the primary caregiver across a patient’s lifespan. You can build that referral network at this event.
Earn 6 CPE points
Earn six CPE points while investing in training that reshapes how you practice. Each session contributes to your annual continuing professional education requirements, ensuring your time is well spent at this event.
Connect with 30+ brands practitioners trust
Between main stage sessions, step into the exhibition hall to explore more than thirty trusted brands — from new formulations to clinic tools. Test and compare practical solutions you can bring straight back to enhance patient care and clinic sustainability.
Contribute to strengthening the profession
Every discipline has a role in strengthening the profession. The most experienced practitioners lift the standard by sharing what works and shaping what’s next. Be part of the conversation that defines the future of holistic care - your profession needs your voice.
One of two conferences every practitioner needs
Every practitioner should attend two conferences every year - your association conference to stay current within your discipline, and Re:Formulate to stay connected across them. This is the event that strengthens referral networks and keeps you at the centre of shared care.

“ACNEM members will gain significant professional value from participating in Re:Formulate 2026. The Shared Care sessions will introduce new approaches to collaborative practice, fostering stronger connections across the broader integrative medicine community. These initiatives support the development of a connected healthcare ecosystem designed to deliver more coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.”
Di Strong, ACNEM
“ANTA practitioner members will find real value in Re:Formulate 2026 through the opportunities it provides for connection, practice-based insights that strengthen both clinical success and patient outcomes, and the chance to engage in meaningful peer-to-peer conversations.“
Danielle Swensson, ANTA
“NHAA is pleased to support Re:Formulate 2026, where practitioners can explore new ideas, connect across multi disciplines and think beyond traditional models of care. We believe that our members will find these sessions valuable, and will learn new tools which will help with day-to-day working in practice.”
Jacqui Fahey, NHAA
“ATMS members will really benefit from the practical focus of the Re:Formulate program. What’s great is that it goes beyond theory, offering strategies, tools and frameworks that can be applied straight away in clinic. Covering topics like patient retention, sustainable practice models and evidence-based care, it addresses the day-to-day challenges practitioners face most often.“
Natalie Hume, ATMS
“We believe our students will value the opportunity to step outside their studies and immerse themselves in thinking about their future practice. Engaging with leading practitioners pushing the envelope, exploring the latest research highlighting new opportunities in naturopathic medicine, and connecting with a broader professional network will help them work out the kind of practitioner they want to be, so that they can bring that perspective into their studies.”
Prof. Jon Wordle, Southern Cross University
“Students will benefit from connecting with colleagues from many different health disciplines to create professional networks that will benefit future practice. Sessions providing guidance on developing a sustainable practice to build scale, prevent burnout and collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues will appeal to students. The focus on an evidence-led practice aligns with Torrens University values.”
